Norwich Union’s Intermediary Business (NUIB), was suffering from negative perceptions amongst its broker audience.
Our Solution
Intermediaries needed a brand that respected and understood them. The new branding, introducing an illustrated character, a much warmer tone of voice, new colour palette and strap line: “We know what’s what”, re-positioned NUIB as empathetic, helpful, flexible and refreshing.
